In fact the collection was scheduled in no time, which I really appreciate because it was a RTPCR where time is of essence. The phlebotomist arrived on time despite a heavy rain. He was courteous and quite skilled. The report came on time too. The status updates were easily available. Customer care was prompt and helpful. None of 1mg, Netmeds, PharmEasy or Max have the option of a complete allergy test (236 allergens) at Rs 5000. So this is a huge bonus for common people like me. The sample collection staff was so good at their job, I didn't even feel when the needle was inserted and when the test was done also.
